EATER ODDSMAKERS: I love Brunibetting-- it's pretty funny that there's actually someone out there making odds on the number of stars Frank Bruni, New York Times restaurant critic, is going to give the restaurant he's reviewing each week. But sometimes I have to laugh, I mean could they hedge any more? This week's odds were on the number of stars would be given to Craftsteak...
First, the odds are listed and their best bet is a one-star review at 3:1...
Zero Stars (Good): 20-1
One Star: 3-1
Two Stars: 8-1
Three Stars: 5-1
Four Stars: 10,000-1

So, while it would be entirely prudent to take the one star action, we'll roll the dice on the high end and say it's going to be three stars."
And it's a Three-Star bet! Am I missing something or aren't they making the odds too. So how many bets do we have here? For the record, it was a one-star review. Talk about covering your...
