MEET MY CLASSMATES, 17 QUESTIONS...TIM

I've been attending school since January during which time I've gotten to know my classmates but since beginning to write about school in April, you haven't gotten the same opportunity. It's long since time that you were introduced to a great bunch of people. This occasional feature, 17 Questions, will give you an idea of who they are, their culinary likes and dislikes and why they decided to go to FCI in the first place.

Before you read further, CLICK HERE. That's right folks, it's a line cook, it's a pastry chef, it's Super-Tim! Tim loves Superman. He's got the hat. He's got the shirt. He's got the belt buckle. And as you may remember from a few posts back, he now has the Superman tattoo (he also has two women kissing him on his birthday in this picture, Meg, who you've met several times, and Katie, the assistant to the chef at the kitchen where Tim and I work).

I worked with Tim for a week during Level One and then during all of Level Three. I now work with him in a 200-hour internship at a restaurant that he introduced me to. He's instrumental in making any kitchen crew move smoothly. When things get out of control Tim keeps calm and after the heated words fly you're sure to hear him say without any reservation, "I'm over it."
